The Nemesis

Trion Supercars is set to debut the all-new Nemesis in early 2016. This $1,000,000+ supercar will come with a 9.0L twin turbo V8 that puts out 2000hp.  This should allow the car to reach 0 to 60 times of 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 270mph.

Mazda 2 Production Begins

According to Automobile Magazine, production of the all-new 2016 Mazda 2 has begun in Mexico. This little hatch is receiving tons of acclaim for its style in the subcompact segment.

EPA Gets Tougher on MPG Tests

According to Automotive News, in an effort to tighten the gap between window stickers and real world fuel mileage, the EPA has announced that they will be setting new guidelines for mpg testing for vehicle manufacturers. Most of the controversy revolves around the “coast down” test; this is what was responsible for the adjustments made to Hyundai and Kia a few years back.

All 911’s Will Be Turbocharged

According to Car Magazine, Porsche will use turbos on all 911’s going forward.  Currently, only the 911 Turbo and Turbo S are turbocharged, but as part of a mid-cycle refresh this will expand to the Carrera and Carrera S lines as well. The current 3.4L would be replaced with a 2.9L turbo that could produce 400hp in the Carrera.  The Carrera S would keep the 3.8L and add a turbo and could generate 530hp.
