Made available in the Google Play store earlier this week (Wednesday to be exact), Hyundai has released their Blue Link smartwatch app. According to the Korean manufacturer, “The app is compatible with first and second generation Blue Link equipped Hyundai models.”

We wrote about this nifty piece of tech back in January when the watch was revealed at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. While the voice command enabled app may not disrupt the car industry, it’s an appreciated feature for mainstream car buyers. Last time we checked, even a $400,000 Rolls-Royce Phantom doesn’t have this feature. Now that’s value.

Hyundai owners who also tell time with their Android smartwatch can download the app for free. According to Hyundai, an Apple Watch version of the app will be available, “shortly after its release.”
