Set to hit dealers in North America this summer, Mazda has finally released pricing on the 2016 MX-5. According to Motor Authority, the new model will start at $25,735 and come in three distinct trims. Bluetooth, LED headlamps, cruise control and USB inputs are all standard on the entry level Sport model. Club and Grand Touring models will add to the performance and luxury departments with Bose audio, touchscreen infotainment, leather and aerodynamic touches. Manual transmission versions of the Club model also include upgraded suspension and a limited-slip differential. In the weigh department, the MX-5 is expected to undercut its competitors, the BRZ and FR-S, by nearly 400 pounds. Mazda looks to build on its phenomenal outgoing MX-5 and is poised to do so with the 2016 model.
