The GT350 and GT350R are set to debut later this year and Ford has recently released the final production numbers for each. According to Jalopnik, only 37 examples of the GT350R will be produced in 2015. This number pays homage to the original GT350 competition model, where 35 road-going and two prototype vehicles were built by Carroll Shelby’s direction. This low production is not limited to the R variant either as Ford plans to build 100 units of the GT350. Both vehicles showcase Fords new 5.2-liter flat-plane crank V8 which produces over 500 horsepower and is now their most powerful naturally aspirated V8 ever built. This street legal track car is sure to delight those who are lucky enough to get their hands on one.
