Just days before it official release, scheduled for June 10, the all new BMW 7-Series has already begun to show its face. According to Motor Authority, the updated 7-Series has been leaked with the latest images coming from BMW’s own build configurator. By the looks of these images, BMW has held close to its Future Luxury Concept that was debuted at the Beijing Auto Show last year. While details are still scarce, it is expected to benefit from its new modular platform, which incorporates much technological advancements (including lightweight construction, autonomous systems and a gesture control interface). Updated versions of the six and eight cylinder engines are expected in the 740i and 750i trims, respectively, with other variations scheduled later in the production cycle. The new 7-Series will hit dealers as a 2016 model sometime in the next 6 ‒ 12 months.
