Fiat Chrysler on the Heels of Lawsuit Over Emissions

About 104,000 Jeep Grand Cherokees and Ram 1500 diesels are in the crosshairs of the U.S. Government for cheating emissions. Fiat Chrysler has been accused of installing software on its 3.0-liter V6 diesel engines—which improve performance, but increase pollution. Both parties had been in talks to remedy the problem, however, according to Motor Authority, talks have broken down and a lawsuit may be pending.
