NADA Services Corporation (“NADASC”) wants you to know that when you use the nada.com website, your personal and company information will be respected and protected. Except as provided in this privacy statement, we do not disclose identifying information about you or your company to any third party.
Registration
If you register with nada.com/b2b, you and your company agree to accept the terms of the nada.com/b2b License Agreement (“Agreement”).

NADASC provides vehicle valuation products to business customers through the nada.com/b2b website. From time to time NADASC enters into relationships with third parties that provide additional value-added products or services through nada.com/b2b. If your company is a nada.com/b2b subscriber, we may disclose to these third-party providers identifying information about your company, along with the names, business E-mail and postal addresses, and business phone numbers of persons identified as contacts on your company’s registration form (your “Subscriber Information”). In order to most efficiently serve you, credit card transactions are handled by NOVA Information Systems, an established third-party payment processor. When collecting information for credit card online purchases, we offer secure-server transactions that encrypt your information in transit. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
