NADA Services Corporation (“NADASC”) wants you to know that when you use the nada.com Web site, your personal and company information will be respected and protected. Except as provided in this privacy statement, we do not disclose identifying information about you or your company to any third party.
Registration
If you register with nada.com/b2b, you and your company agree to accept the terms of the nada.com/b2b License Agreement (“Agreement”).
Third-party Providers
NADASC provides vehicle valuation products to business customers through the nada.com/b2b Web site. From time to time NADASC enters into relationships with third parties that provide additional value-added products or services through nada.com/b2b. If your company is a nada.com/b2b subscriber, we may disclose to these third-party providers identifying information about your company, along with the names, business email and postal addresses, and business phone numbers of persons identified as contacts on your company’s registration form (your “Subscriber Information”). Your Subscriber Information enables our third-party providers to furnish your company with information, including marketing information, about the products or services they provide. If your company does not wish to receive this information, you may opt out of the disclosure of your Subscriber Information to these third-party providers as provided below.

In order to most efficiently serve you, credit card transactions are handled by NOVA Information Systems, an established third-party payment processor. They receive the information they need to verify and authorize your credit card transaction. When collecting information for credit card online purchases, we offer secure-server transactions that encrypt your information in transit. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

The nada.com Web site contains links to other Web sites. While we make every effort to protect your Subscriber Information, we are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of other Web sites or outside advertising agencies.
