It appears General Motors Corp. is the first auto manufacturer to feel the backlash brought on by the Volkswagen diesel scandal (noted as #Dieselgate on social media). The diesel variants of the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon were slated to hit dealers in the fourth quarter of this year, but it looks like that may be delayed.

The Nissan Altima has enjoyed five consecutive years of sales growth. Fully redesigned three years ago, Nissan is looking to continue this growth with an exciting mid-cycle refresh. Taking cues from the Maxima and Murano, the 2016 Altima has adopted Nissans bold new styling, known as “energetic flow”. Nissan announced the refresh earlier this week and promises a new driving feel, improved fuel economy and a sporty SR trim.
